Joseph Magsaysay is also international! He has undergone specialized training to earn the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. The CIPS designation is the only international designation recognized by the National Association of REALTORS. Designees are trained and prepared to complete international transactions seamlessly and with reduced risk.
