Personal Branding in Real Estate

There are over 2 million real estate agents, according to the #NAR.

How do you communicate the benefit of your client working with you, and what distinguishes you from the competition? That can be an intimidating question as a new real estate agent.

But just because you are a new agent and don't have an established reputation for standing on just yet, don't fret!

You STILL have something unique and valuable to offer your clients. Something that no one else is or has. That is you and your story.

Even if you don't establish your real estate brand, there will be a perception connected to your professional persona. Control that narrative by creating your own.

A personal brand is the bee's knees! When's the last time you heard that phrase? Oldie but goodie for sure. Your brand is how you present yourself to existing and potential clients. We all have a "very particular set of skills" that make us who we are.

Remember what being in this position means to you and why you desire to help people. Dig a little deeper and reflect on who you want to serve and how you will do it differently from other agents. Zero in on what that is and shout it from the rooftops (and social media).
